8-best-hidden-quests-in-diablo-4

In Diablo 4, not all of the quests are easy to find. You have to put in a little work to start these secret quests, but here’s where you can find them.

RPGs have a lot of different types of quests. The major story quests, side quests that players can do for extra money or experience, and hidden quests that players can find in the wild are all different types of quests. There are a good number of all three in Diablo 4, and the most interesting quests are often found by chance. It’s often harder to find these hidden side tasks than it is to complete them.

An important part of Sanctuary’s hidden quests is often just delivery jobs. The player just needs to go somewhere and find or give someone something. A surprise and an interesting story are always there. In Diablo 4, these are often the most enjoyable quests to finish since you just happen to find them by chance.

Late Shipment

Late Shipment

One of the human enemies you kill in the dusty ruins of Kehjistan, like Scrappers and Throatslitters, might drop a unique item called “Battered Shipment.” When the player loots it, the quest starts and shows up in their log. They only need to give it back to the owner.

The NPC is in Geal Kul, which is the largest city in Kehjistan. His name is Aih’Setal. It’s nearby on the southern coast. If the player gives it back to him, he will give them a Salvage Cache and some cash.

Gem Laden Geode

Gem Laden Geode

The chance of finding a Gem Laden Geode is another great reason to farm iron. This is a chance drop that can be found in any Hawezar iron node.

The player can find and begin a whole group of quests in this area in a similar way. For example, there are Ice Laden Geodes and Glittering Geodes. Herbalists who farm plants in the north can find other rare flowers, like Frostbloom, that start the same kind of hidden quest that goes back to an NPC in Kyovoshad.

A silversmith with special tools is the only one who can break open the geode and get to its shiny innards, but that’s about all the information given about the item. Please look at the log for the “silversmith” in question and their task summary. They are likely to be the closest Jeweler.

The Way of The Three

The Way of The Three

The three in this case are Mephisto, Baal, and Diablo, the younger brother of Diablo. This is not really a quest, but more of a list of Easter eggs. To do it, you have to find three secret statues in different parts of Kehjistan and use a certain emotion in front of them.

North of Geal Kul, on the main floor of an event area, is a figure of Diablo. Outside the town of Denshar, Mephsto’s figure is buried in sand. Baal’s altar is in the Altar of Ruin, which is north of the Iron Wolves Encampment. A lot of D4 quests need players to use emotes to finish. In this case, they need to use “cheer” in front of each statue to light the altar flames that show up in the palms of each statue’s hands.

There will be a quest called “The Way of the Three” in the log once all three statues have been dealt with. This quest will tell the player what to do next. This is where things get real, because the end goal is Hell. If you stop a dark rite and kill the cultists, you’ll get the unique, rare Hellfire Hauberk chest piece.

Exorcists’s Cache

Exorcists's Cache

It’s nice, and the place where it drops is even better. If you put on your best animal transmog, you can go into the Frigid Expanse and kill skeletons and ghosts. Eventually, one of them will drop the Sealed Exorcist’s Cache.

After the character gets the item, the quest to fill it with anima from ghosts, the dead, and other scary creatures in a certain area starts instantly. On the map, they show up as red dots. When you kill them, the anima move to the white dots spot. The quest is over when the cache is full, and the player can open it to get their prizes.

Message In A Bottle

Message In A Bottle

There will be a Message in a Bottle quest in every role-playing game with some kind of shoreline. This is Diablo 4‘s. On your way to the Razor Shoals from the Drowned Burrow Cellar, go straight west. There you will find a broken bottle. It has an heirloom and a letter in it. The letter is sent to Padrig, the sender’s divorced son, who lives in the nearby small town of Corbach.

Padrag can’t use the treasure because it’s an old Druidic amulet. He gives it to the player as a prize. It’s a rare neckpiece that anyone can wear to protect themselves from elemental damage.

To Serve Again

To Serve Again

There are many versions of the quest that starts in the wild with a chance drop. The Weapon of a Wolf is one of them. Take the Iron Wolf Sword from a dead Triune cultist in Calduem by killing enough of them. The player can then take this sword to Barez in the Imperial Library. This is the first time the player has talked to this NPC, but they need to do so in order to unlock To Serve Again, which can only be done after the player gives Barez the sword.

The goal this time is to find a set of Iron Wolf Armor. To start this quest and finish it, the player can talk to Barez again. This is an easy find-and-return job that will give you extra health and a useful cache in a harsh, empty area.

Secret Of The Spring

Secret Of The Spring

In some quests, Drift Boss player has to do something, like send an emote to a certain person or thing, in order to move the job along or finish it. This kind of quest can be found right north of the Cathedral of Light in Kyovashad. It’s called “The Secret of the Spring.”

This secret quest doesn’t start when players find a special item like some others do; instead, it starts with a worn-out note that can be found in a mess of broken scaffolding. The words say, “Beacon of warmth in winter’s embrace, patience rewarded by nature’s own grace.”

The note tells you how to get to the spring, which is also in the Frigid Expanse. When the player gets there, they might have to kill some enemies before they can say “Wait” while standing next to the hot pond. There will be a treasure chest appear with other prizes, such as more fame for Fractured Peaks.

Better Days

Better Days

One of the best quests for a story that can be told on its own, but the player has to finish some other quests first before they can start Better Days. It starts when the player steals a Faded Old Painting from an enemy in the Dobrav Taiga. If they’ve already finished Legacies of Light’s Watch and talked to Zalan Coste, they can give him the painting to find out more.

Right where the player left Zalan in Margrave is where he is now. He says it’s something dangerous that will make the church angry, and he promises to keep it secret. This leads to the Unwritten End, which is another secret quest in the same area.
